Great news! We were able to come to a positive resolution with Pearl Remodeling this week. Jacob (the CEO) was very helpful and gave us a check to have our front steps redone from scratch by a third party contractor. 

We really appreciate Pearl Remodeling's willingness to work with us in this matter and are more than satisfied with the result.
