We recently used pearl remodeling for a kitchen remodel. The work included reshaping the island, granite countertops, and new tile on the backsplash as well as the island wall. In summary, we were very happy with the results, but it took a little work to get there. Multiple sub-contractors were needed for this job and they were all outstanding! They were all very professional, detailed, and clean.
It only took them 5 days to complete the job, which was pretty impressive.
The only downside of the entire process was some lack of communication and miscommunciation before the work was started. However, once Jacob got involved as project manager, everything went very smoothly! He did an awesome job of keeping us informed, working with us through any decisions needed, and coordinating the crew schedules every day. The attention to detail was very good upon completion of the job. Jacob came out and looked over all the work and had a final crew come out and finish up some minor details to really "polish off" the final product. I didn't even have to point out the small issues I noticed.
